Registration Information
All participants should fill in the online registration form. Accompanying persons are to be registered on the same form as the delegate.
Reservations are valid once the payment has been registered. The hotel bill must be settled directly with the hotel.
The registration fee for delegates includes attendance at the scientific programme, congress bag with abstract book and other congress materials, coffee breaks and the welcome reception at Oslo City Hall.
The registration fee for accompanying persons includes attendance at the opening ceremony and the welcome reception at Oslo City Hall.
Please note that lunch is not included in the registration fee. Lunch tickets can be ordered on the registration form. |

| Accommodation has been reserved for the period 22 - 25 May at the followint hotels at special conference rates. All accommodation rates are per room per night with breakfast and tax included. The hotel bill must be settled directly with the hotel. |
