The City of Oslo invites all delegates and registered accompanying persons to the welcome reception in Oslo City Hall after the opening ceremony. This will be an excellent opportunity to meet new colleagues and to renew old friendships. For those with an interest in architecture and art, it will be possible to have a guided tour of the City Hall
